If you get about 28 to 42 grams is good (average), but it depends on a half a million differnt things.

if you do 4 plants in 5 gallon grow bags , pots,etc.... in a 4 by 4 area scrog style youll yield a pound. hydro a different story. thirty percent rule for hydro. 30 percent more everything!

My first ever harvest in AZ earlier this year (medical card, legal grow) averaged about 43 grams per plant. I had too many plants stuffed into a 5 x 5 tent with 600w HPS in a cool tube. FFOF in 5 gallon pots, germed/vegged for a total of 10 weeks with plenty of hiccups and issues along the way. Little to no training as I wanted to keep my first grow simple. My point is, there was and is plenty of room to improve and I still got 1.5 oz of each plant. Best part is that I'm still medicating on that harvest today and I will be for a while. Cheers and good luck growing! Watch your humidity levels when drying your flowers.

A little bit more about my set up its a walkin closet so its a good size my guess is roughly 8ft deep by 5 wide, yes they are in 5 gallon buckets with a 80/20 FF/perlite blend, 600 w hps 2 good fans, a 440 cfs fan suckin heat from light and carbon charchol filter. I have been watering every other water with half the recommended nutrient blend which is FF as well. I have a grower of 8 years helping me but always looking for input

Practice makes perfect. You should get better every time. My first run with a 600 got me 18 zips dry. 8 plants in 5gl buckets. Using all organics. This run 4 plants in 10 and 15gl buckets. Hoping for same as last harvest or better. I should know in a week. Sounds like you have a good setup. Watch out for light leaks in flower. Good luck.

I don't think thats realistic for a new grower. I'm in my 2nd year growing and although its only 400watts veg and flower, I cant get anywhere close to those numbers. Theres too many vaariables for a new grower from start to finish. I realize you did add " If you do it right".
For me, every inch of stretch on my stalks with nothing on them is my inexperience showing.
IMO, I would suggest trying to keep your plants healthy throughout the grow and see if you can get a nice finished product at the end. Your size of yield will increase as you get more experience.
Good luck with your grow, try to avoid the common rookie mistakes like overwatering and worse over-fertilizing and remember sometimes the best thing you can do for your plants is leave them the hell alone. Often when things go haywire, we actually cause it ourselves !

Aim for 2oz a plant, thats my rule of thumb anything above that is a bonus. As mentioned this can be enhanced greatly by pruning or SCROG
