No you wouldn't! You're an idiot, please don't give out this shitty advice. You can't shoot a minor on your property for snoopiong around your weed garden. You can't even post signs that say "Trespassers will be shot" and shoot a minor. All he has to do(pray he survives) is tell his lawyer he was fucked up and didn't know what he was doing, or didn't see the signs. You can't prove that your life was being threatened, therefore you have no cause to use deadly force. These are MINORS, even if you DON'T get fucked by the legal charges, you're gonna get raped for everything you own in civil court. You'll be paying medical bills and restitution for damages. Dude, really? "Hey, you can't steal my pot...BAM". That is all growers need, a news story about how some dumbfuck shot a kid for trying to steal his plants.

And if you set booby traps, and harm one of these kids, you're going down in civil court. Why is it that people think you can blow someone away for walking across your lawn? It's not like the kid is gonna be breaking into his residence...He said he has acres...Sure, the kid gets a trespassing charge, and you get to file for bankrupcy after they sue the farm out from under you.

I love guns. I love the right to use them. I love being able to protect me and my family with them. In reality, of course I wouldnt shoot someone for stealing some plants.. I wudnt shoot anybody unless they were really threatening my life. Remember, only point your weapon if you intend to use it. But seriously to the OP, if those plants go missing, you should really get a check from their parents.

Put up a tent by the plants. I set one up in my backyard when they are in flower. of course I have people sleep in that bad boy but maybe they'll see it at a distance and keep away.

All the owner has to say is that they were to stop coons and foxes from digging up his plants.. its not his fault the little shits tried to dig them up to and are now thumbless.

And for your information, I happen to know a girl who sued the shit outta someone for taking buckshot in her ass and back while trespassing on someone's property. She got medical bills plus 50k for 4 small pieces of buckshot that penetrated no less than an inch a piece.
