This grow was part of an experiment and one main goal was to try and keep the overall height of the plants below the top of the rock wall. Of these six little ladies, the tallest was 16 inches. A standard 12" wine bottle is shown for height reference. Thanks for looking.

they look super green...can i get i lil back story?
They are Dr. Greenthumb's Iranian autos. Vegged inside under18/6 for 40 days then planted outside April 15th. Veganically grown with decent garden soil, perlite and compost...nothing else...never any feedings. They got 6 and a half hours of direct sunlight daily. All were in flower by May 1st. Photos were on day 66 of flowering.

That is awesome man never seen that before how did you pull that off? give us newbies a lil back story
Got them started and in the ground. They flowered early because the Iranian auto is a fast flowering plant. They were topped twice during veg then LST once they were outside. The compost was from a 20+ year compost pile, super light and fluffy, high percentage worm castings. This was my first grow since 1985 and I had only grown sativas before. I just kinda watched and was amazed as these indica ladies strutted their stuff and put together their buds. Sure is different than waiting 3+ months for the sativas to build buds.

Thanks, Kaendar. As I understand it, the Iranian auto is not really an autoflower, but is a fast flowering plant...but I don't know. Autos are new to me and I have been playing around with them this spring. I harvested 9 autos (2 Afghan Kush Ryders, 2 Easy Ryders, 2 La Divas, 2 NLxBig Buds and 1 Auto AK during May this year and I was pretty disappointed. All these went 11/12 weeks and once outside, they had full sun. With the exception of the Auto AK, all these had leaf to flower ratios that were unacceptable and the quality of the product was just average. The Auto AK produced just shy of 2 ounces of top shelf smoke. I have 8 Samsara autos and 2 Auto Seed's Hijacks approaching 13 weeks outside, most leaves dropped, closing in on harvest. I have a few sativas that were germinated March 30th and allowed to grow to 3' in pots and then trenched into the ground lying down. I am going to try and keep them to an overall height of no more than 3 feet. May have to take a machete to them soon...lol.

Want to see some pics of them trimmed up. I started putting one of my plants in a closet at 12 hours about a week ago.
