Hi guys,

I got this clones about a week ago and I keep them in 78F-79F air temp. 7 feet away from 1000W. I have no fans in the room. Can that be the problem. They all get watered when they start getting dry.

The rockwool in ur 1st pic looks hella dry, I think it just needs to say moist not wet (that's what she said at least) at all times.

First off all the plugs in the first picture look really dry the other look kinda damp, you can pour 3/4 to a gallon of water in the tray so you don't have to water as much. As long as some water right under the plugs they will suck the water up. Also are you using a dome? Clones need high humidity so you should mist them every day or so if your using a dome. Some of those look roasted and aren't probably going to come back.

Id say if they dont root and the substrate gets to dry, the cutting will die off... Do you keep some type of dome or any type of humidity shield? I believe They feed via fan leaves when no roots are present

First timer. I'm sorry. I covered them back with the plastic and kept the vents open. I turned the fan off BC room temp went down to 73F. Now it's 79F. Any more suggestions? I water them daily now with clean water. Do I need to use anything in the water?

No fans and a 1000w = a big problem every time. Also, your clones look hella dried out. I would just veg under flourescent for a week or two and let the babies get a foothold before you shine them with a super dooper bright light bro.

I highly appericate your advices. I now have fan blowing. There is one 1000w hanging from the ceiling and the clones are on the ground 7ft away from the light. I watered them all. Covered the plastics and left the vents open. Room temp. Is set 78-79F. How should i know when to keep them open. Thanks in advance!

First thing I have to say, You do not need a 1000w bulb to veg clones..... thats SUPER over kill. And your clones look way to dry.

I think you can cover about 200+
with the 4 foot 4-6, or 8 bulb set. Each tray can hold up to 70 74 something Like that, and you can stick atleast 5 trays down for 1 set of lights.
