i hear yall i just dont handle that shit well. with my ex id always catch dudes starin at her then they'd catch me starin at them with the "if you dont look away ima choke slam you thru the earth" look. [FONT=arial, sans-serif]i let her go to walmart by herself half the time cause i fuckin hate walmart. she would be wearin baggy shit so i wasnt too worried. now if she left in some yoga [/FONT]pants shes gonna change or not go. fuck all that you suppose to wear them shits to workout not for daily life.

ima check him out. i wanna get into mma again but i know i wont wanna dedicated that amount of time unless i wanted to make it a career.

I was doing alot of kickboxing for a couple of years, was looking pretty good and was goingto have my first fight but then had the chance to go travelling around the world for 6 months so did that instead and lost all the fighting fitness. But it was the best thing ive ever done so glad i did

I understand where your coming from, I used to be the exact same way. However I realized that it's was far to exhausting worrying about things that don't matter. But I understand that you don't want other men looking at your girl. It's all about personal preference I guess. The only reason why I changed the way I looked at that sort of situation is because I used to be very short tempered and had a tendency to go overboard and put a few people in the hospital. It's not worth it.

I think it's all about the female your dealing with also. If you come to the conclusion that she respects you enough to not hurt you in a way that she knows for a fact makes you uncomfortable, then you know you found you a good lady. You'll find her eventually and your perception on things will probably change.

Friends used to ask me if I would get pissed if my gf flashed somebody. My response was always "no, her tits are awesome! Look! All mine! lol"

I think that type of stuff is based off of instinct, emotional reactions.. irrational.

Why would you get pissed if somebody saw a part of your chick society deems 'sexy' that caused a tingle in his pants? He is a human being, your chick is sexy as fuck, it's completely natural for any other male to think the same thing.. Even if a guy hit on my chick, who the fuck cares? The care comes in when your girlfriend flirts back.

Perspective will save the young bucks a lot of mental anguish. Learn to think with your brain and not with your instincts.

Yea, I remember being young and jealous. So glad I got over that. And I totally agree. Just the other day my gf went to krogers to get something and some black dude tried to holler at her and she told me she just kept on walking.. When she told me about it, I told her she should have stopped, looked at him up and down and say; "nigga please" hahaha.

I'm proud to have my lil slant eyed asian chick. She is so sexy and beautiful and sweet I couldn't ask for anyone better. Hell sometimes I think that maybe she is to good for me. :lol:

i am a skinny middle aged guy who comes from a family of skinny ppl. i can not get fat. i try to put on weight cuz i like how it looks on me. but it's not in the cards/genes. and with this heat i can go a few days w/o eating anyway. i just stay hydrated. eating is over rated. as are many other things. but god bless everyone who tries to keep their weight down if for no other reason than they feel good about it. and don't get me started on type 2 diabetes.

Whats the plan for next week? For me its the usual 4 days weight training and then cardio on the Friday. Tomorrow chest, tricep and abs

My plan has been 80% cardio 20% building muscle via push ups/pull ups, sit ups, leg lifts, etc.

I don't have a gym membership (wouldn't want one) or any weights, so I just use what's available, seems to be working out pretty well

I'm going to increase distance this week I think though

So far I've lost probably about 10-15 lbs and toned up my chest and arms pretty well. I want to drop about another 10-15 and hover around 10%-13% body fat, hopefully in another month or two I should reach that goal

I go the other way i'd say 90% weights and 10% cardio. My gym is only £16 a month and 5 minutes from my house so no excuse for me really.
Im pretty much where i want to be apart from maybe my chest which i struggle with, probably my weakest muscle.

Shit, really, chest and arms are always easy for me, first thing that starts to show signs of improvement. I constantly struggle with abs, have been very close to getting a full on six pac but have never reached it. Been working on that though

gym memberships where I live are nuts. Something like $300 just to sign up (fuck contracts). Motherfuckers are crazy if they think I'll pay that shit.

so i havent decided on what crossfit wod ima do for today, but i know ima hit one hard in a hour or two an do some deadlifts on the ole bowflex. im also gonna do a run tonight just one mile but ima [FONT=arial, sans-serif]kick u[/FONT]p the pace. im the same as you i do mostly weights, but i try an make my weight trainin cardio with little rest between sets or i do multiple workouts at the same time so i dont stop the work load.

I'd have to disagree with the eating is over rated part of your post. Reason being is this; diet is a major part of your weight loss goal, and most people don't have the luxury to have a very high active metabolism. Another part to that would be muscle growth. Healthy fats and sugars and so on benefit you with energy and muscle mass especially proteins. I myself have a very high metabolism, which is great since it makes me where I don't have to go on a strict diet, but I still do because it makes you more healthy.

I could join a gym if I wanted since there is one like right down the street and it is a month to month bases for like 12 dollars a month.

What makes you struggle with abs? I may be able to help with getting past your plateau.
