just got done with my workout i did cindy. let it be known half crossfit workouts are named after chicks so no my workout wasnt sex lol. cindy consists of 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 air squats. all that equals one round an you have to do as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes. mine went up from last time i attempted it 2 weeks ago from 11 to 15. it might have been 16 but i lost count half way so i just took it down one instead of givin myself a round. shit had me dyin! still gonna run tonight...maybe haha

Shit, really, chest and arms are always easy for me, first thing that starts to show signs of improvement. I constantly struggle with abs, have been very close to getting a full on six pac but have never reached it. Been working on that though

gym memberships where I live are nuts. Something like $300 just to sign up (fuck contracts). Motherfuckers are crazy if they think I'll pay that shit.
My arms are strong as fuck always have been its just chest that i struggle with. Thats a shit load for the gym mines 24hr aswell so you can go at 3am if you wanted

you gotta catch it durin times like now when they prolly got the sign up fee dropped to get ppl to join. i never really cared about power in my chest cause really what do you need a strong chest for? i dont plan on pushin the shit outa someone if an altercation comes up

lol. Maybe not, but you'd have to admit that being able to push someone to the other side of the world would be pretty funny.

I usually do bench so I can get a good shape to my chest. I should really get into doing more incline and decline so I can get an all around shape..

i favor incline cause it also brings your shoulders into play an ive always had strong shoulders/back. plus the only really place my chest seems to vanish when i stop trainin is my upper chest so i been workin like hell to get that back up to par.

I heard that.. Chest is a pain to shape and keep that way. I've always been real broad shouldered and my natural strength came from me working on a farm.

shit i bet. ive always been skinny but strong i guess i got that from my dad he use to race horses and those dudes arent big at all but gotta control that big ass horse. as far as the back/shoulders someone told me one day i was lackin em an i went into to beast mode on them bad boys ever since. plus it doesnt hurt those are my fav body parts to workout.

hahaha I know that's right..I used to always work out with my bro in law.. We confided in each other to keep us motivated. He was a body builder type thou.
Only bad part about ppl like that is their "COME ON ONE MORE" and that goes on for like 5 more minutes. It's like dude, I cant do one more, my arms are about to fall the fuck off.

What are air squats? I like doing legs only takes an hour for me and ive always had strong legs.
Thats chest tri and abs done for me, legs tomorrow

For legs i usually start doing squats with the olympic bar 40kg upto 90kg then straight in to lunges 12 on each leg with 12-20kg db
Then calf raises on the smiths start at 90kg warm up then end on 250kg
Seated leg extentions usually max out the machine at 118kg
Seated leg curls start at 59kg finish 78kg
15 minutes stretching
and then struggling to walk for the next couple of days

I lost 25 lbs over a 6 month period from diet and moderate exercise only.

I lose weight very fast but I put it on equally as fast.

So I finally got the rest of the baby weight off and I'm back down to 105lbs. Which is good for my height since I'm like 5'1''.
