Why are my seedlings laying down? Help needed!

They have around a week and a half. This morning I took them outside and I think the change of temperature got to them. They are laying down but the pedals are still erect and taking in the sunlight. Why are they doing this and should I be worried?

Don't move toothpicks unless you have to. If you absolutely have to move them brace them first.
I use popsicle sticks with a pipecleaned wrapped around the top. You make a loop with the
pipecleaner so the stem can't fall over.

I went ahead and added more potting mix to the base of the stem and it seemed to have worked. I also brought them back in afterwards and they seem to be doing fine. It was colder and windier than usual yesterday, coupled with how stretched and weak they were, so I'm guessing that's why they dropped. :)

Cfl light needs to be closer than that of a hps. Get the light about an inch and a half from them. They wont burn unless the light is touching them.
