Ok to "not" support our troops?

Without our troops we wouldn't be able to so freely sit here and waste our time doing what we please. Respect your freedom and respect who protects it. Don't be ignorant.

explain how that statement is a fact. Nothing screams pro military to me like Jim Morrison. I heard he thought about quitting the Doors to join up

I'm not saying its a fact. I don't support a lot of the things the military does, but I respect the hell out of the people who risk their life for me. It's my opinion and if you're opinion is different then so be it. But without our troops who do you expect to clean up the mess after natural disasters and help rescue people in need. I know I'm not capable of getting in a helicopter and air lifting someone off the top of a house. Jim Morrison did all he could to try and dodge the draft. He does come from a very military family though. I cant blame someone making millions not wanting to be in the military.

again they are not risking their lives for you. they risk their lives for a paycheck so do roofers and lion tamers.

Again I respect that. But what are you going to do IF some other country attacks our well-being? Are you going to expect those roofers and lion tamers to protect you? Or are you going to depend on the military to do their job and protect you.

I don't believe a real army would ever attack the u.s. Other countries know they would get so fucked by the civilians in this country alone........ If another country invaded us red dawn style I would be on the side of our military until then and since that's never gonna happen they are just killers at the moment. no matter what their job is to advance the killing of other people. People who are never coming after you or I.

Well I have a an AR, several shotguns & a few handguns I sleep tight.

.380 is kinda anemic. wont do shit against body armor. .357, .40 S&W, .45 ACP and 10mm automatic is where its at.

or pretty much any rifle round. gotta have a mix for the zombie apocalypse. even my old scoped .22 tack driver will make it happen for Dome Shots. remember, destroy the brain to destroy the ghoul!
