Only if you take the top 4-5"s and let her branch out!!! No toping no clone's....
that makes no sense. i never top my strains, yet i get 20-50 clones every three weeks. you just need to wait for the branches to grow. they only look to be around 1" now, i like them at least 6-8"

Sorry, but I gotta' disagree. I have been cloning for 5 years plus. Never, ever topped, in fact, I didn't top any plants until about 1-1/2 years ago. Granted that if you do top, you'll get more branches to cut from but topping isn't a requirement to take cuttings. I want at least 3-4 inches with 2-3 nodes. I find that taking cuttings with long stems makes for poor, if at all, viable clones, so I always trim the lower stem as much as possible. The best cuts are the adventous shoots, the new growth that is usually a lighter shade of green. These will show roots almost twice as fast over a lanky, older branch that has almost barked over. I also take my cuttings from the bottom, when possible, as these branches will not get good light anyway and one might as well get another plant from this. Also gives more vigor to the upper extremities...

Just my opinion and habit
I cut clones at the 5th node and then take the 2 lower ones off and dip the bare stem in rooting gel. I then trim 50% of the three remaining fan leaves to save moisture etc
put in root cubes and dome and keep at room temp under cool white 18w tube

theres probably a best practice, but I wouldnt stress about it. I pinched a top one time that had like a half inch of stem and leaves that probably spread about the diameter of a nickel and for shits and giggles dipped it in some rooting horomone and it ended up rooting and growing. keep in mind that it was rooted and growing, just very slowly, but just know that if you use a good rooting solution and good medium in good conditions just about anything can root and live....just using larger more developed branches is going to save lots of time in veg.
