When a plant is light burnt does it turn blackish?

I have a plant growing right now. It's under 4x 23W(100W) CFL and one 39watt T5 3foot. I moved the light very close because I was told thta my plant was stretching. Now after only 24 hours I was looking at the second set of razor leaves that are appearing and they have an almost black look to them.

Have I put my plants to close to the light now? Or could this be something else? This plant is still on regular water no Nutes because it is still very little.

I am using rockwool and the strain is King Kush. I will add pictures if needed once lights are back on. (They are sleeping right now)

I'm new and don't know what details you guys need to be able to help me diagnose. I will add anything you ask.

Thanks a lot for your help,

Unfused~

What about the odd color on the stem? Also, I'm guessing new shoots is a new set of leaves? Or as I like to call "Razors"

The first set of fingers look pretty green so i wouldn't be too concerned. It is definitely not light burn. Just let the seedling grow out a little bit before getting too stressed out over them. Its not looking like it is stretched out too bad either, definitely seen way worse with plants that were just fine.

Yeah, this is only my second successful sprout. My first one is stretched as hell and I also think is dying from damping off or what ever its called. I hope the lights I got on there are okay.

make sure you let that rockwool cube dry out before watering again so u dont get damping off again.

You will need that much light as it gets bigger...you dont need that much light for a tiny seedling. t5s and cfls dont get that hot anyways, you practically have to have them touching the plant to actually burn them. touch the bulbs with your hand...does it hurt? nope.

That plant looks like shit...but aside from that I can assure you it isn't burnt by the lights...
Is it possible that this plant has had some sort of nutes, additives, or vitamins...because if not then I need to know what water you are using...and to tell you you probably shouldn't drink it...
Rockwool is pretty pH sensitive as well..so that is something else to think about.

Thanks for the positive reinforcement. ;P No nutes in the plant. Just been giving it 5.5 - 6.0 PH water. It's from a well. And I will add that this is only my second plant that has actually made it to the surface of the rockwool.. I have some shitty skills.. :D
