yea rofl what does that have to do with when its dry i bag my hash when its dry enough to crubmle and i dont feel that greese feeling on my fingers

Start with texture. If it feels dry sample a bit of it. If it pops when lit it's still got water in there.
I swear I can taste water in it too when it's not quite dry
