he was funny 20 years ago.

I dont know about that.. He's been pretty relevant for a long time. As a long time listener I will admit the show has changed a lot since Artie Lange left and Howard starting hanging out in the Hamptons, but what do you expect he's like 58 and probably ready to spend that 100 million a year he gets paid.

Hey Noooooooow!

Most people who dont like him havnt actually listened to a full show. A few years ago I scored a summer gig to test drive soon to be released redesigned Jeep Grand Cherokees. One of the perks was full Sirius radio. I kind of liked Howard Stern at that point but I still wasnt a huge fan but after spending that whole summer listening to the show and the old repeats on his channel I was hooked. I actually went out and purchased a subscription for my personal car. Once you get to know him after a few shows you start to warm up to it.

I was hooked in like 1994 when him and his crew " The Losers" played instruments and a song on the Magic Johnson show shit cracked me up and then I started watching his show as a kid late at night on the E! channel until some shitty radio station here in Phoenix started syndicating his show in like 96 or something. I just love the "low brow" humor it's hilarious to me it's the same shit guys joke about in their personal life. For instance just the other day at work I farted on the PA system

Use to listen to him on SIRIUS always funny shit!!Dint he retire yet or his he still doin it up?
He's still doing it up and now he's a judge on Dancing With The Stars.. The show got a lot slower and less crazy ever since Artie Lange tried to kill himself. The past year the show has been about Dancing With The Stars oh and his bull dog Bianca Romain Stamos just died a few days ago. Oh yeah and he's suing Sirius

yeah he's suing because they told him he would get a bonus if he brought in a certain amount of subscribers something like 20 million. Well when the merged and became one company they hit that number and Howard was told he wasnt getting a bonus. I hear his point to some degree because if it wasnt for him going to Sirius, XM would have won and Sirius would have closed up shop.

So yeah he's suing them and his heart isnt in radio anymore plus now he's only on 3 days a week Mon-Wed so he's kind of just like " fuck it " which sucks for the fans but I still listen. He still has some funny moments.

Yup he's definitely on his way out but I dont hate, the dudes like 58 with half a billion dollars in the bank. If I had that scratch I would have set sail a long time ago. All good things come to an end!
