A clean green certification gets your foot in the door from what I have heard. I don't vend so I am just repeating what I have heard.why would you ever need to go clean green?
i would say like 2%-4% of meds here are clean green certified...
why do you say that calicat?
In Humboldt County, A clinic will not accept your donation not unless you go through the clean green certification program. Not sure in other counties.why would you ever need to go clean green?

There are alot of new collectives being opened that are looking for vendors here in the LA area.los anglels
Generally half a pound isn't enough. Dispensaries almost always want at least a full pound before they'll do business. Maybe try some of the smaller clubs.when my plants harvest i wanna sell to a dispensary. Im not sure how much will yeild, im think over half pound. Nearly all dispensaries pay cash and don't ask for tax info. And as someone who's been vending for many years, I'd laugh if someone told me I needed to be clean green certified. No way I'm inviting a stranger into my grow.Clinics will dictate the wholesale price. They consider the overall quality of your product and if your strain is not apart of their existing inventory. Do not expect much though because you are a vendor and it is a wholesale transaction. They will of course mark it up on their end. Also look into if you require a seller's license from state board of equalization and you might need to be clean green certified that is how it is in California. Also need to claim it on taxes at years end.
Technically that's true, but I've only been to 2 ever that wanted 1099 info. I just bailed. 99.9% of clubs don't do this.Someone correct me if I am wrong here, been years since I was an independent contractor.
Used to be, and maybe still is, that a company (collective) using and independent contractor (grower) did not have to 1099 them until until the services exceeded a certain dollar amount. I think it was $600.
They are not paying you for a product but for your service (labor).
I'm thinking that if you keep your transactions under that amount, and get paid in cash, there would be no trail and no headaches down the road.
Never done this myself, maybe wishful thinking on my part.
Good to know, thx!Technically that's true, but I've only been to 2 ever that wanted 1099 info. I just bailed. 99.9% of clubs don't do this.
