12x12 room, 2400 watts, portable AC. Thinking about sealing my room and adding CO2.

12x12 bloom room connected to a 10x10 veg room. Passive air into the veg room. 2-6" passive holes into the bloom room. 700cfm exhaust through a carbon filter.

4-600 watt lights (air cooled) 450 cfm,

9000btu portable AC (single hose), I already know this was a bad buy.

Questions: Do I still need to run my carbon filter? When?

Will my portable AC suck out most of the CO2 that I add?

You're carbon filter needs to run 24/7 in order to keep any odor from exiting your bloom room. This will suck out any CO2 you add along with the A/C pretty quickly.
