Any tips?

these are my three plants of the same bagseed. grown outdoors, weather isn't great here. i bring them in at night because the cold would kill them probably over a week or two.
the strain seems to be sativa dominant,a very slow strain, and hardy even though it doesn't grow fast at all.

start with the smallest: it's flowering as fast as the biggest but it's been the slowest to grow. it was lst'd and then i took off the ties, hence the strange shape it has.
the lower leaves seem to have very small white speckles, could that be a sign of infestation?
the upper leaves are fine, though it stretched a bit.

second one:
it has the greenest colour but it won't flower, the other two have started to grow flowers but this one has barely shown sex.
i topped it for four tops.

last one:
was the healthiest from the beginning and flowering nicely, big ol thick stem on it too.
the strain is sltill slow though that's why it's only 3 ft. or so.

sorry about the shitty pic quality.
any tips would be greatly appreciated!

I might have some applicable info here. I grew 10 or so Thai Stick bagseed a while ago.

First off, your girls have the same super-sativa leaf and plant structure. Leaning towards the 100% sativa possibly. The sativa bagseed I grew were under 12/12 from seed. It took about 3 months for any flowers to show, not kidding here. After that they flowered for about 9weeks (kinda forget now) and I chopped when they were not fully mature.

My conclusion was that this sort of bagseed has a different photoperiod or life cycle. They may just be genetically programmed to flower slowly, as in the equatorial sun this is an advantage. Or perhaps 12/12 does not best match the photoperiod to induce fast flowering.

thanks for your input!
i had thought it was very sativa-ey also, except that this strain rarely gets passed 5 fingers on a leave, the smallest plant shown didn't get passed three.
is this an indication that it could be a cross? i always sort of assumed it was but i'm no so sure.

over here there's around 14-15 hours of light a day, i'm glad that two are flowering nicely so far, but it's strange that one of them isn't
