no i didnt add ph down to my res. i added it to a test sample of nutrient solution in a pot just to see the effect.

another great video tranc... you are doing a excelent job over there thus far... as far as you pruning your roots I dont thing you have to worry about that little bit I had to do tha same thing on a tub system that I used to have and they didnt die. and for them clones with no dome well just keep the fan off them so they dont dry out. mist them if you must for the first few days but little is best, just enough to keep them standing. if they dont droop then dont mist.. also I been cloning for years and I never make my cut under water. the key is right after you cut off the branch to stick in a cup of water and then slice your 45 on one at a time so they are not exposed to air for more than a couple seconds....

still watching vid ...i don't cut underwater.... i just put them in a cup of water, as soon as i cut from mother....then i dip them in roots hormone before putting in my medium(i use jiffy pucks)... i lightly squeeze medium to insure no air pocket in your medium...your case rockwool....and your golden...got to finish vid now

ok so i did get a chance to check it out and you are doing great! i dont think you have to worry about the roots like reggae said i do soil but take off 1/3 the bottom of my roots and soil when i transplant no problems..think that is about all the useful shit i can say again nice job man!
