What do now!? how do i get my shit back? the DA said they rejected my case since i was a medical marijuana card holder.

And now they have my lights and plants!

Fucking asshole narcs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they wet my floor. damaged my doors, took all my bud. and they took my fucking TV!!!!! WHY MY TV!>!>!>


Please guys.. help me out wtf do i do? i just got released from JAIL. My bail was 30grand. thank god i didnt have to pay that!

Call up Norml or your local Legal Aid office and start asking questions about how to collect your gear. If it were me I'm just going down there and demanding my stuff back and if not, make them give you a legal reason why not.

you need to call a lawyer, if the DA recognized your medical use as being legal, its likely that a lawyer can get you your stuff back.

I know growers in norcal that have had weed seized, and the lawyer made the police department pay the grower for the siezed bud, and return the grow equipment.

You may not get your stuff back. You could get a lawyer and try, but often times MMJ patients lose their stuff and the charges get dropped by the DA.

i thought most mmj laws had things in them stating the the cops have to keep the "evidence" in good condition. because if they are found not guilty, or the charges are dropped, they should get their possessions back.

The reality is, the charges are often dropped by the D.A., but getting your stuff back is hit or miss, at least in california. I know of patients that did not get their stuff back they just started over.

dude i dont know how the fuck they found out.... but from what i understand, they thought i had a 100 plant operation acording the narc.

I said "dude you guys just stomped in, without knocking, without anything, scared my grandmother almost to death, and took my tv?"

and the faggot narc said "thats our job, marijuana is ilegal." I said

"i have a permit"

Narc says: "If i had a choice to arrest every pot smoker and send them to hell i would, you fucking punks are going in for a long time, and i took your tv cause i wanted to, wtf you ganna do about it?"

I said

On top of that, i got a note from the PD saying their sorry, and it was the wrong house.

fucking put me in jail, ruin my house, TAKE MY TV???? TAKE MY FUCKING MEDICINE!!! I HAD 3 ounces in my fucking Locked drawer... They broke that and took that too. scare my parents?

Man im so angry! I was 1 week away from FUCKING HARVEST!!!!!!!!!

They sat me down and their like, "look here punks, who ever sold you these plants or seeds is going down, whose your dope dealer? "

Im like " YOU FUCKS, I GOT THEM FROM A MEDICAL MARIJUANA COOP, LOOK AT THE FUCKIN PERMIT THATS HANGING ON MY GROW ROOM DOOR"

Then when we were at the PD they seperated me and my bro, and were like "your brother just told me everything, he told me where your crops are"
IM like "yeah their in your trunk" NARC says "no, your field, now you just gotta tell the truth so we can reduce your sentense"

I just stayed quiet and said "you guys are making a huge mistake"

They always seemed to ignore the permit... everytime i brought up my permit they changed the subject.

you should get it all back. everyone i know does. in fact my friends lawyer forgot to submit the second page of property claim. my buddy only got half his shit back. about a month goes by and the evidence people call him. "we know this is your shit but you don't have the paperwork. we want it out of our way. please come get it." he got it all back. he had a lawyer.
