Try bleach for a Ph up and Mike's hard lemonade for ph down.

you can get cheap ph up and down used for fish tanks its like 3 or 4 bucks a bottle its safe for plants thats what i use

Try liquid SILICA (Dyna Gro ProTekt), not silicone.

pro tekt makes your ph go up and it doesnt give 100% protection against pm
