Need help with lighting!!

Hey people, just need some help, I havn't got a lot of money but im trying to grow 1 plant, I have 2 18w cfl's on her atm she is nearly 2 weeks old but not very big. Im thinking of getting more lights, im told you need 100w for 1 plant, So if i buy these bulbs http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-x-45w-B...edsBulbs_JN&hash=item2eb30e44fb#ht_2824wt_952 Will that be enough to veg and flower 1 plant? Nvm my last post I mis read haha yeah they look good.

Also i'm growing two plants at the moment under about 116w

4 5000k 23w
1 6400k 24w t5 4'

and they are doing great

yeah but you'll need more 2700k bulbs then 6400k bulbs for flowering

I run 6 26w cfls and mine are doing fine but will probably add more or just switch to HPS/MH and be done with it
