For sure i used to live in Ventura Ca but have moved far away!! I when to school for a year at humboldt state and it was the shit!!! got all c's and 'ds and my parents were pissed so i had to go back to cc at home. damn im gonna for sure move back up there, if i can find a job there first...

Who gives a fuck how much the gov't tells you you can grow? I got 50 going and I have very little chance of getting busted b/c I tell no one- not even my state or county gov't

i got an email from an ASA person, saying that if im going to be living here for longer, that i should wait before i start growing again. He is going to contact me with more info.
He says it was wrong of them to do this, and that since the DA dropped my case, it doesn't count on my record.
he said that my PD has clear guidelines when dealing with medical marijuana patients, and that they broke those guidelines and didnt follow them. they were first supposed to ask, do you have a permit, are you legally able to grow/use marijuana? THey must verify the permit, and call their head narc agent to get the OK not to do shit (which they didnt do).
Ill let you guys know whatsup,..
Also, Since i got my DA case dropped, the Narcs have my address, and know that im a medical marijuana patient.
According to him, i can get paid for all of my stuff, if they dont give it back. ( he says chances of the plants getting back are small unless i do it fast, which i am) They usually destroy it (yeah right...)

That sound like good news blonddie07 - i hope i didn't give the impression that i didn't care with my earlier post because I do. But you are fortunate in that you are worried about losing your equipment and plants rather than losing your freedom. But that doesn't make what they are doing to you right! Just wanted to be clear that i think it sucks what they are doing to you.
