that one is more realistic an would be a nice one. finally someone that could pose a challenge to him. even those i thought sonnen would...then he tried to be tough, slipped an got pooped on.
another fight I would love to see is rashad evans dropping to middleweight and challenge Silva for the belt

i lost my respect for rashad after he grabbed his dick in a fight an then machida put him to sleep. it would be a good fight tho.
if I remember correctly, he did the same thing to forrest when they fought for the belt, lol. forrest was tagging him against the cage and after that flurry, he grabbed his dick and came back at forrest.

Well that was what I had em at just to work off some of the flab and get my muscles remembering what it was like to move again. Now I upped the dumbbells to 25lbs and lowered my reps to 10 curls & shoulder with 40 deadlifts and still 20 inclined push-ups. What I do with the 12lbs weights is just to keep me moving and sweating, more aerobic than anything. I'll have to build up to increasing my reps with the heavier weights now.

just always strive for that higher goal. now use the 18lb dbs for your second round instead of the 12 an keep the reps the same. if you're not constantly testin yourself you're gonna get stuck where you're at.

Yeah I guess I could its just a bitch cause I have 2 adjustable dumbbells that r old as hell and a pair of 12lb weights. I could switch the adj. weights from 25 to 15, but usually after I just finished my reps with the 25s I don't wanna have to switch up the plates. Maybe try to find some cheap 18lbs weights , who remembers those cheap ass plastic weights filled with sand do they even make those things anymore?

they might have em at walmart still. if not just stick to what you have. i thought you had some 18's cause you said thats what you did your first two reps with. or you could use the 12's still an get some of then weighted wrist bands to add weight.

I don't think it'll be GSP, I keep hearing Silva's going to get the winner of the Brian Stann v. Michael Bisping match, either of which Silva will probably win. After that, Nick Diaz' suspension should be up, early 2013, and both camps have shown interest in that fight, which would be awesome as fuck to see! After that match, in mid-late 2013, most likely Chris Weidman will get a shot if he wins a few big name matchups. I just read an article about Silva's career this morning, that sounds about right, I think the Diaz v. Silva match would break records in sales!

I don't think GSP would accept a fight with silva. to much to lose for him to fight silva. I did read that ceaser gracie said diaz wants to fight silva. I would absolutely love to see this happen!

Andersen and gsp would be record breaking imo.

I would have to give the edge to gsp. He is just as methodical as silva, but way stronger. Jus imagine he goes up to 185, thats pure muscle. Add gsp's skill and talents, i think would beat silva.

I would think anderson to be much stronger. anderson is a big dude. he cuts a lot of weight to make 185. anderson is taller, bigger, stronger, and got the reach advantage. I'm a fan of GSP but I don't think he could beat silva

But man, if he accidentally won at a catch weight = no title. Shit if he is gonna do it go all the way !
thats the only way both of them would fight eachother is if it was a catch weight aka no title loss. i feel gsp could put an control him on the ground. i cant honestly say who would win. id say tho if it stayed standin gsp's chances would drop drastically.

they wouldn't fight for a belt at catchweight, but they'd call it a superfight. mad money to be made on all sides. but I think diaz is willing to go 185 to fight. he used to fight at 185 in strikeforce

I started working out again as of January, so far down to 218 from 245. Was doing really well with P90X but messes my shoulder up so I gotta stick to cardio till I have surgery in the fall.

Anyone else doing p90x?
