Who you talking to son?

Be specific.

Also, we keep it cool on this thread, that douchebag came on here poking fun at peoples hard struggles to keep or get in shape.

And you came on a getting into shape thread to flaunt your superiority? What a butthole

I may have switched up a day or two by mistake, it happens.

And I click start on my GPS tracker when I leave my house, then walk, jog, run, whatever, to wherever I decide to go that day, I don't click it on for the run and click it off for the walk, so what you're looking at is the average.

I can run a mile in 8 minutes.

Not sure what they're teaching you in Scotland, but you busted in here with no manners or respect for the people in the thread. Get lost with that shit.

Jesse owens must suck bor if all he has to do is shave 1min off his time.

The best in the US have a 4min mile man... That is Olympic caliber. That owens dude sucks if you ask me and an 8 min mile for someone starting off is not too shabby. In fact he scores above average covering 1760meters in 8 minutes.

I think most people can respect an 8 min mile pace. I do between 9-11 min miles in a three mile run. Just did the warrior dash this weekend in 45 min. The best time I saw was 24 min! That guy was haulin! I'm shooting for 40 min or under next year!

The world record in the mile run is the best mark set by a male or female runner in the middle-distance track and field event. The IAAF is the official body which oversees the records. Hicham El Guerrouj is the current men's record holder with his time of 3:43.13 minutes, while Svetlana Masterkova has the women's record of 4:12.56 minutes.[SUP][1][/SUP] Since 1976, the mile is the only non-metric distance recognized by the IAAF for record purposes.
So you lot are almost as good as this profesionals you lot are not so acording to you lot of bambs give it about 6 months and you all are world record holders only if your fat arses can get uot your chairs.

im tryin to take it easy on you, but for some reason you decide to come into a topic of which you have no knowledge of an start makin smart ass remarks. if you knew anythin about runnin you'd know it take a long ass time just to take seconds off of your fastest mile time. you're clueless to think you can go from a 7-8 minute mile to a 4 minute mile in any short amount of time. im already growin tired of your stupidity in this thread. an judgin from that avi you're the fattest one out of everyone that posts in here doin what you do best...sittin your fat ass down on a computer an talkin shit. when you can actually run a mile in under 12 minutes then come talk to us. or when you actually stop actin like a bitch an get out an workout you can until then please go annoy others elsewhere.
