This is saginaw, I assume everyone has a gun. A buddy saw a car load of thugs flash a revolver at another car a few days ago. The other car flash an AR-15 back at them and the first car sped away. Just four blocks from my house some kid got blown off his bikefor no apparent reason. These are the same neighborhood I used to feel safe in as a teenager. Just plain fucked I can't go two blocks from home on a hot day without some ghetto muthafucka trying to fuck with us. Good thing they all go inside for the winter!

Many have pointed out very good reason for why this whole thing happened, and I just wanted to add 2 things to the list. The first is just an assumption but if you were driving around with MM on your lap, you were probably smoking which would be a violation of DUI laws, at least where I'm from it is. Tell a cop who pulls you over you've been smoking that day, get hit with a DUI. Second, as far as federal law is concerned, you can't own a firearm because (in relation to federal law, not Michigan law) you are illegally using marijuana which is one of the questions on an ATF (Federal) transfer form. Be careful what you post online because it can come back to bite you in the ass. And now you can't shoot anybody, because you were on here already stating intent before the situation arose. The prosecutor will burn you with that statement alone.

Like he said hang guns ain't shit, people ride freely with mac 11's, and many illegal guns, no one cares in this city, I'd bet 70% or more people carrying guns are illegal, or stolen. It comes down to who has more rounds and who can pull the trigger first.

Put it like this, 5-6 years ago I went to the store with my friend to Econo King, the parking lot was packed and it was around 1am, Well we were checking out and all we were is "Who the fuck parked behind me." I'm like oh I hope my buddy didn't, then he says a suburban my buddy is like that's mine(Now mind this guy isn't small he's a body builder so he's not too worried although I am because that ain't when he things go down..) We walk outside right by the doors and this guy comes up to us and he's like to my buddy hey you fucking blocked my car in, he's like there was no room to park, and the dudes like I'll light your car up right now, then he pulls a .45 out on me and my buddy with many people outside tons of cars, this guy doesn't care, he's like I'll shoot you and your car up right now, I'm like no we are moving right now and ended up getting out of the situation but you don't realize how crazy people are, everyone is on edge, there is killings and shootings here daily. I guess I caused that one too? HUH? Right.

Well if you never went to school, robbing someone is life in prison, I watched a guy face over 40 years for robbing someone for there MM just 3 days ago in a court room, he got life for robbery, 10 years for having a 3 inch knife, 5 years for robbing the mm, 5 years for committing a felony or something like that. He might not get it but I bet he gets 5-10 just like the idiots are going to get with me.

Now if you wanna talk more shit go to another topic you can stop with your bullshit and the perfect city's you live in, sorry I don't live in a wonderful place unlike all you guys. P C

What's all the arguing about? It's stupid to flash weed in the hood, it's wrong to rob people (even if the target flashes weed in the hood), and the cops in Saginaw (or whatever crime ridden city the op lives in) don't want to spend much time on armed robery cases where they have to look for the booty and/or guns-- urban police departments hate additional open cases, even those with merrit.

I don't think anyone is really disagreeing here, but there is a lot of fussing over 'blame'. Some folks want to blame the OP for what happened, others want to blame social ills, or the cops.

Whatever. I'll take the blame. It's my fault and I'm sorry. Now...... smoke up.:joint:

Yeah, I would never ever in a million years call the cops cuz someone stole my pot..then again I am in an illegal state. We have decriminalized it, but nothing for medical use as of yet. Anyway, if your car gets stolen the cops don't look for it..so they sure as hell aren't going to look for some stolen weed.

Your insane and your scared of the government, I've got top notch lawyers that say I can own a gun under our own rights, it doesn't matter if I have MM or not, even if it's illegal federally I'm far from worried, I'll take it to the highest court, and you would be suprised if anyone that got charged with a dui get reserved once these court rulings go through, I don't smoke and drive and I didn't that night so I wasn't worried about calling the cops. I even asked the police dept before I even got it and showed them my card, I will get my cpl in a month or two.

Also you would be a idiot for telling anyone you smoked that day, they can't legally charge you any other way except by you admitting to it, because the courts ruled thc isn't a illegal and can be in your system, even if they did blood test you, you could easily take it to higher and higher court because it stays in your system for DAYS, No state can take your right to drive a car, just because you medicated yourself yesterday? Your crazy and by next year I bet the laws change in michigan and other places quickly.
