Hahaha since when has it been so easy to get a job.......my mother has more degrees and certificates than i can count on one hand......and you know what they used to tell her at interviews once they saw she was black??.....you are OVER qualified.....you ever heard that before?? get your facts straight before you speak on something....you are not black so you do not know what black people go through in life.

thank you......I even know WHITE men who have degrees yet fail to get a job because....."you are not what we are looking for". the economy out here in the valley isn't so great with all the immigrants getting the jobs....it is even hard to get a job on a farm if you don't have the right connections.

The word he was looking for was, incongruity. Read some Shakespeare for examples of irony. Irony can contain incongruity , but isn't a requirement. The only thing ironic about Alanis Morissette is her song has no irony, but she's so stupid she thinks it does and her song was intelligent.
