Then my co workers started whining about "oh we cant use the N word now"

The word nigga itself isn't what annoys me, it's the overkill of the word lol. That's why I mentioned old timers, they're tired of hearing the younger generations overkill nigga. Just in my experience at least.

degrees and certificates don't mean shit if its not for a high demand job. I know a guy who graduated harvard for marine biology and now hes a plumber he never got a job as a marine biogist. I bet if your mom had a nursing degree she would be all set atleast in new england. I don't know about calli but I do know its tough for blacks down south I lived in fl for a few years and there are very few whites in the ghetto I only met one and the blacks in the ghetto and rednecks are rascist as hell but near the coast its a little better. I worked with black people at every job I had down in FL and so did my mom who was a nurse but not too many up north but thats cause their aint many black people living around here but most every black person I've met up here has a job.

Bottom line is people of all colors are messed up, we are selfish and self centered.
Social engineers have tried to fix certain problems and they mostly succeed in making more problems.

Goverment has caused most the problems, just like Kalender says, and they have no way of fixing anything. Their solution will be to sweep the mess (all colors)under the rug someday soon.

yeah of course how do you think they can afford to live up there lol.....and most high demand jobs aren't that well paying and still don't hire.....My brother is a certified HVAC technician and still can't find a job out here where it is over 90 all summer.....Racial profiling does go on....People fail to realize it because they do not experience it. Idk about New England but out here in Cali and down south there are PLENTY of white guys who where grills and speak ebonics.....I lived in a neighborhood in TN full of whites and blacks....all mixed in like one big family.....but my friend lived in a neighborhood where they all hated each other. Out here the immigrants have all the high demand jobs it is very hard to get a job......New England is far from Mexico so I'm sure you can't relate......Mexican's are now the majority in Cali.....They control all the fast food joints, all the construction, all the farm jobs......racial profiling is in effect very much so where i am located
