Hi everyone, ive been looking at my plants recently and ive noticed that the stems are red and the centre vein on the leaves are a little to. Im currently in veg and around 3 and a half weeks old from rooted clone and are around 8inches tall. The girls are on a feed.water.feed.water sched. *Ive been reading up and this could possibly be phosphorus defiency, is this true? Also some people say it maybe the strain you have aswel...If so what can i do to make this go away? I believe it can stunt growth severly if not treated! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!

Strain - G13
Medium - Canna Coco
Nutrients - currently 6ml of Canna A&B and 6ml of Rhizo.*
Light - 2X400W HPS
Ventilation - rvk 125 extract rvk 200 with rhino filter

The first pic was taken just as the lights came on today, second one is with a camera flash. Thanks everyone in advance!!

I wouldn't worry about the stems. However the greenish yellow upper leaves makes me a little concerned about your NPK levels. I wouldn't change anything yet, just monitor the new growth carefully. Look out for usual twisting and abnormal growth. If in doubt, test the ph and NPK levels of your soil now and again in four weeks.

It could also be my computer screen, your camera, or even the strain. And since your at the three week mark in veg, your plants have plenty of time to recover and adjust.

Thanks for that mate! Do you think i should increase the A&B? Last week i went up to 10ml and burned them slightly so i dropped it down to 6 again. Im due for switching them next weekend and I dont know if there gonna be big enough? That will be 5 weeks in veg then and thats long enough dont you think?? Its worrying me slightly on the growth because i read in the jorge cervantes bible that the girls where meant to grow at least an inch a day?? Thanks

hard to say. no bronzing necrosis. not P lock-out. maybe some purp genes in there somewhere. the pale leaves are a concern. coco is not my bag, so i bow out to the experts.

what re you PHing your solutions at . . . .?

should be around 5.5-6.0

and you need cannasyme to prevent root bound plants and to boost microbe activity in soil, throw some bio heaven(10ml/g) and bio grow(6ml/g) in your mix, plus sea green(1ml/g) or drip clean91ml/g)

sea green and or drip clean will stop/eliminate any salt biuld up in your coco, i use sea green as it does multiple things an drip clean dos jsut one, but if your using auto feeding, or drip line or any other pump/line based feeding drip clean is your guy, also i sue trinity with the bio stuff to give me more flavor and a healthy rootzoone

also i use root bloom myco in my soils and a little in my feedings

Sam...thanks for the information mate, appreciate that! Im setting my PH at 6.5!! No wonder my plants probably showing slow growth! I have just been reading further then, and people have been saying the PH "sweet spot" for the girls in veg in COCO is around 5.8 and in flower is 6.0-6.2, the reason being to take up diff nutes!

And for the sea green im going to go get some today! Propper helped me out that reply bro, been told its 6.5 off a friend.
