Nine people out of 100 million voters. Big deal!

Isn't that what you lefties always say: "it's a miniscule problem, not worthy of a fix". How does that answer suit you?
try more like 9% of all registered voters in PA, a total of 758,000 registered voters.

you guys defending this poll tax are so fucking deluded it's funny.

In a Pennsylvania court filing, the state says it has never investigated claims of in-person voter fraud and so won't argue that such fraud has occurred in the past. As a result, the state says, it has no evidence that the crime has ever been committed
And, of course, since they have never looked into the matter they are absolutely certain that it has never happened, 'cause they read minds just like you, chesus.

The mind readers on the other side of the aisle say there are millions of fraudulent votes in every election. Which mind readers should we believe?

Hmmm, tough problem...

Maybe we should just put in place some rules designed to weed out potential voter fraud, something innocuous and simple. I know, let's ask voters to identify themselves when they vote.

The pig that squeals loudest is probably the one that got stuck.

SCOTUS said there wasn't undue hardship, you want it without any effort at all. Not going to happen. SCOTUS rulings have consequences, just like elections.
SCOTUS has not ruled on this case you lying sack of shit. it is being appealed as we speak.

why is it that bar none every last person defending this law has to tell straight lies?

i would say let's believe the side with actual empirical data that 758,000 registered voters do not have the required ID.

i would say let's not believe the side that has to make up lies and drop uncited numbers like you just did.

how about you go ahead and cite these "millions of fraudulent votes", dipshit?

No not on this case specifically but they have already ruled that states can require voters to issue a government issue ID card. So quit whining this appeal is going no where. Do we have to call your old lady and tell her to cut your internet privileges?

what do you think the SCOTUS would say about the requirement to pay a sum of money to the government in order to be eligible to vote?

The psychics you don't like are saying it, and the psychics you do like are saying, "nuh uh".

Nine people don't get to vote. Big deal. It's a miniscule problem, unworthy of consideration.

you are so typical of right wing douchebags everywhere.

make up a fake number, fail to provide citation, and claim victim status when you are unable to cite your made up number.

then you ignore actual, factual numbers, like how 9% of registered voters in PA, 758,000 voters, are not on the PennDOT list as having a valid ID.

you are a pathetic little piece of shit. now go cry about how hard it is to be a white male in america, shitbag.

that can only be said about voter fraud.

you are such a lying piece of shit that it hurts.

Do you think because its a different state they will change their mind?

SCOTUS approves voter ID
On Monday, the Supreme Court voted to uphold an Indiana law that requires voters to show a photo ID to cast a ballot. The ACLU and Indiana Democrats had challenged the state law, passed along party lines in 2005 by a GOP-controlled legislature, which opened the debate on increasingly restrictive voter registrations and identifications in the highest court in the land.

9 circuit approves voter ID
The plaintiffs argued that because the state charges for official photo identification, the requirement amounted to a "poll tax" that discriminated against poor people. The appellate court rejected that argument.
