Hey people,
If you could choose to live in another country where would that be????

I've been asking myself this very same question ever since Bush got re-elected. Obviously I live in the U.S., but I've considered Canada, France, England, and a couple of others. If anyone who knows anything about these places such as job info, cost of living etc..etc.., post here. I'm interested, thanks....:blsmoke:

Dude, don't get sidetracked with employment availability or cost of living. There's only one factor to consider: biggest tits. England wins hands down. :blsmoke:

Panama, Costa Rica, Belize., Any central American country that has the dreaded - Fer-de-lance. My main concerne with central/South American countries are their governments and the crime aspects of each. My friend is going to Belize to check it out this summer. If he finds it palatable, I may buy some escape property, I understand that Costa Rica is pricing itself out of my budget. I should have gone in with one of my buddies that bought 5 acres on the coast for 5,000, 15 years ago. That same property now is going for from 80,000-200,000, way outside my budget unless I sell everything and vacate.

Belize isn't cheap either MM. I've been there and anything coastal is pricey. They do however host the largest barrier reef in the northern hemisphere.

Pricey like what dave, 100,000 an acre, Or Hectare. A hectare is something like 2.47 acres. It would be nice to have 5 hectares on the coast. I suppose all the speculators have bought up the nice costal spots and are selling custom homes to the rich. Geeze, no matter where you go in the world the rich have been there and taken all the best spots for themselves and priced us poor dumb fucks right out of the market. All ViRedds friends have made it impossible for a middle class stiff to buy an escape place. I guess when the shit goes down, we'll just have to kill a few of those motherfuckers and move into their pads. I think there ought to be a bounty on rich folks,~LOL~.

Bali or Puerto Rico...We're SCUBA divers.
I'm NAUI and PADI myself with 2500+ hrs. although I no longer keep a log.
I got a apeks xtx 200 for my birthday last year and its a great regulator. The lake that i'm on goes from 15`-30` ft. of vis. and I only dive 20-50 hrs. a year anymore as everyone of my dive partners are dead or no longer dive so I may never dive a reef again. Also my eustachian tubes are small so I limit myself to about 45 ft., as equalizing coming up can be slow at times. Theres just nothing like diving on a healthy tropical reef.

I can live anywhere I want and I do. There are few places in this world arn't problematic when it comes to living there, staying for a while there are many that are great but if you need make money to live you will find yourself very limited, and theres no place like home.

Again, I have over estimated your sense of humor. The question was: If you could choose to live in another country what would it be? I said, Texas or Nevada. You're in Nevada and the Dankster is in Texas.

Ahhh, forget it ...
