I'd vote Mackenzie Allen right about now LMAO.

I do hear what the president is saying.. but he seems to be copping out to comparing MJ to other types of drugs. Yes there is a drug problem in this country.. yes we waste too much resources incarcerating people instead of thinking about how to change our society mindset on heavily relying on and using drugs.

But MJ is not other drugs.. he needs to address MJ.

I know I already posted this elsewhere, but Romney is perhaps even worse:

there is that Holder memo
and hundreds of dispensaries doing business in the open

Just saying
Look it's not what I wanted to happen but he has stated it many times you can watch them all on youtube. I wish he hadn't said these things but he has. Romney will be more aggressive at tossing people in jail in my opinion.

Where I live, it makes no difference. Obama will dominate this state.
This one as well. Might even be the same state.
The real leverage will be in the state/local elections, and tehe referenda my state likes to put on the ballot to short-circuit the process whenever it sees fit. Mind you; should a referendum return an unexpected result, a judge is kept on standby to declare the results unconstitutional ... but there is even less point in not trying than in trying, and not. While it's true that he hasn't shut down every dispensary in the country, he's still cracking down on them at an alarming rate. I think you're in denial.
