We have just got ourselves a Wilma 8 pot system.
Lots of people say lots of different things about how to use them especially when it comes to the timing of feed.
I've been advised to run it so that it soaks the coco and runs off and stop.
Some say run it so it flushes the coco but when I do that the plants show signs of overwatering even on a once a day cycle.
When we had just pots I would hand water each plant, the Wilma is good but assumes each plant is the same size.
We are only finishing this grow in coco then going onto clay pebbles and full hydro but until then I'm maybe 5 weeks into this grow and using plants that were already in coco or I would have started afresh with new clones from the start.
Any advice would be useful.
We also have a fair bit of A & B left. When this grow ends we will buy some aqua/flora but is there any problem using A & B in a Wilma.
It's expensive is food and I don't want to waste it if I can use it up.
Do any of you guys use anything that's better suited to Wilma setups than canna stuff?
Any advice would be appreciated.
Last question. If plants in coco can be overwatered why don't plants in clay pebbles under constant running water become overwatered?
Thanks people.
