You should know that it's very easy to grow plants. Tell me I'm wrong.. Taking pictures that people like ben then photoshop, is not really representative of the quality. If I took a photo of a glass of wine.. what does that tell you about the wine other then the color? I don't feel the need to prove anything to anyone with images. The proof is in the pudding and in SC my pudding is pretty good and stands up to the best in the area. That's a true judge of quality..
Besides, we all know bens tired old ploy. No matter what I post he's just going to bitch and whine in fact that's all he wants. 90% of you would like it and accept it but Ben would never. You know that's true.
I'll post what I want when I want. But, I'll post images the moment Ben starts a current thread about a current grow that he's really doing. Proof is all on Ben. We'll need a current headline or something that is not photoshoped that proves that it's current and I'll gladly do that same. Ben has a habit of just pulling out random images that are 30 years old that he's never been able to do again.
Seems easy enough right? I have lots of images from over the years going back to the mid 80's and film.. Just not on here.
I have a small white grow that I'm going to start soon. I'll think about sharing that here.
Also, I'll pose the same question to you as I did Ben. If I'm a poser, like Ben would like you all to think, and I know more about current nutrients, equipment, techniques, methods, we're all using plus how and why they work then Ben. What's that make Ben?

Surprised you didn't pull the race card too LOL. I've used this simple program to edit for years. Photoshop has too big of a learning curve and costs too much to get my attention. Ben.. You seem to miss the point of integrity. If one is going to submit a photo as proof of anything. If it's altered (besides cropping) then it's not genuine and not proof of anything other then the willingness of the person to mislead people. It's apparent that you've haven't done much photography. In most photo contest there are rules and one of those is that you can't doctor the image. It needs to stand on its own merits. Sharpening is an old trick guys like you use to make the plant appear more frosty. Especially when extremely over done like you did. The plant was nice, you didn't need to do that. But that's sort of how it is with habitual liars. They don't know when to stop and start to lie about things they don't need to.

There is a quite comfort that comes over me when I think of this. I know what I am and you don't. I've been here to just help growers and not blow my own horn. This isn't about me. I don't compare my plants to anyone else. I don't call anyone's plants shit. I'm not about trying to elevate myself by stepping on others. One day, when you're comfortable in your own skin you'll understand. Well in that case,for many of us who planted our first seeds back in the 60's and early 70's.I can only hope we are able to learn from a confident,knowledgeable individual,such as yourself.
As for the younger generation, that buy into the marketing,the hype,and all those attractive labels on the bottles.Well,almost all of them will go through the same learning curve we went through and very few of them want to listen to the "Old Farts" !

Since i started experimenting with new brands of nutes i havn't come close again, i learned my lesson
I just posted in a thread where someone wanted to get nice frosty plants and I had to tell him that the best way to do that is to get a strain that is known for that trait.. You don't make a hound dog out of a doberman by giving it different dog food. The die has be cast you just need to give the plant want it wants and get out of the way. (barring any problems with pest or diseases)

In this case one person will insist that weed is easy to grow, most anyone can do it, basic plant nutrition is well known by now and there isn't any thing special in one bottle to another.
But in the next breath assume that millions of dollars are being spent to research, make, bottle, and market plant foods that kill your plants and don't work.. for 15 years.. How does that pass the laugh test?
In this case one person will insist that weed is easy to grow, most anyone can do it, basic plant nutrition is well known by now and there isn't any thing special in one bottle to another.
But in the next breath assume that millions of dollars are being spent to research, make, bottle, and market plant foods that kill your plants and don't work.. for 15 years.. How does that pass the laugh test?
