HI YOU WONDERFUL GROUP WHO LOVE TO HELP AND HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE!!!!

Need a little help here - hoping it is a nut deficiency and thus, easy to correct.
Looked under magnifying glass and saw nothing at all crawling around.....no holes.

She's growing great! Purple is from the lights.

So far CFL with a LED spot light...BEEN GROWING GREAT. Just moved today into full tent finally set up from inside cabinet.

Water change Friday
PH reading around 5.7...a little low?
Using FloraNova Grow

Tent temp today is 81 degrees.....too hot? If I throw in a couple ice cubes from my 7.2 ph well water, will it help?
with 55% humidity.

I can play with the temps, biggest concern need help with yellow spots!!! Really hoping you tell me I need a supplemental!!! Calcium??

Thank you!!!!

Let's bump this! I have the same problem!!! Yellow spots that look exactly like Keepitquiet's! (sorry if you feel like I've jacked your thread, but it's the same problem, so I thought I'd offer the wise sages at RIU a two-fer ;-)).

Yeah yellow dots are usually high PH but in your case it is CALCIUM deficiency bigger less sporadic dots mean ph

Ok, my ph has been 5.6-5.8 (hydro). I'll start with thinking it's calcium deficiency like KIQ's...Thanks! If that's not the remedy, then I'll post my own pix another day.

KIQ, thanks for being accommodating, and good luck with your plants!

i suggest foliar spraying with a diluted nute mix that contains calcium,or just add dolomite/garden lime to water and water it

Great! THANK YOU!!!!

I just got the foliar spray from Stealth Hydro....will try that when I have coffee with them in the morning!!! Gave em a good fresh water spritz tonight to try and get a little moisture back ;)

I don't recommend lime with hydro, but foliar is faster but be careful to only use 1/4-1/2 strength and before lights on,shake excess water off let sit for about 20 min and spray with plain water and shake off the excess cause you don't want water to cause burns. The water will act like a magnifying glass so be careful of light and heat or just move lights away until dry.

Thanks, HotShot. I just +repped you. I looked at the nutes, and while I've been at 1/2 strength for Grow and Bloom, I've been at 1/4 strength for Micro, which was recommended for young plants with 3-4 sets of leaves. Well, she's def beyond that. She's at 5-6 nodes now and I'm actually going to be posting photos to see if I should top now. But the Micro has the most calcium...so I just infused enough Micro into the bucket to bring up that level to 1/2 strength and I'll see if that abates the spotting.

Thanks and you're welcome i hope your problems clear up soon.I grown in soil now but i always add ca+mg and other micro to my bloom nutes so i don't have any issues in the future.Very slight nute burn is way easier to fix than a deficiency.

In my opinion i would go to 18/6 for veg... I was a die hard 24/0 guy for veg, but took somebeechs advice and went to 18/6 and it just works better in my opinion.... I think it gives them sone time to "recover"...give it a try! It worked for me...and I switched during a heat issue the plant was recovering from...and she is doing much better. Just a thought? Good luck!
