10p a month is alot to ask for. Even with grows under your belt. start small grow a few times and then go bigger later. I don't know how many times IV seen noobs spend every dime they had on EQ. And without knowing how to grow. Fail so there broke with no green.
Please listen to Warlock, I've seen so many buddies get ambitious for beyond their abilities to grow. The amount of plants you have as nothing to do with how much you will pull at harvest. If you plan on pulling qp sized plants buckle up, those plants better be pretty big and have nice root mass before the hit the flower rm.
In genral a 1000 watt light is effective at producing good lumen saturation in a four foot by four foot space. So four x four= 16, you want to use 10 1000 watt lights right?
S0 multiply 10 x 16= 160 sq feet. this does not include room to water, prune, and monitor your plants. So a 10 x 20 ft space should be good. So find this space in your place and lay out 10 four by four section or 5 four by 8 sections.
Time to buckle up again, for cooling you'll need four thousand btu's of cooling per 1000 watt light that's forty thousand btu's. So a 5 ton AC will be needed for your 20 by 10 space "thats a shit load!" Go no less then 50,000 btu unit and thats with the ballasts out of your grow space.

Disclaimer. I hope you got lots of money and space. O and know how to build all this efficiently, cuz your electric bill will easily be 2000 to 3000 dollars a month "solar time!"
Do you even have help? Have you thought about trimming 120 lbs a year, and do you even know how to move that much volume?
O, and script is a prescription from a MD that say you can grow your medication/herb/ganja/weed/dope.
