so i happen to know this "scott" guy probally better than most people. first of all, all of the attacks/assumptions towards him and the way he does business. Every single one of them is wrong!
And if anyone knew the person you were saying this about i think you all'd be ashamed! i hope none of you are adults acting like that. I don't care if the guy screwed up an order or not. the stuff you people, or should i say sheep....have said about him, his business and his daughter. i'm no attorney but i know slander is illegal and you can get your A$$ sued, especially if someone's business is effected, and with 2,000+ views on this. ooooohhhh boy.

This "car-less" guy, almost died in a car (his car) accident a couple months ago when a oncoming car crossed the centerline, which totaled his honda. Than the tranny went out on his truck, which in fact is at the shop getting fixed now! i know cause i picked him up from the shop. Not to mention he just moved too! have any of you moved a large garden mid grow? not only is it a pain in the a$$ it's a huge setback in anyone's life. Between that and other personal shit he's been through in just the last year. Shit you should give him props for doing what he does. Hell, i've seen people commit suicide with less crap on their plates!

Listen here buddy I own a VERY sucessful business and mistakes and bad customer service happen. I am very guilty of this myself. But one thing remains.....reading thru threads that sub has control of I beleive that he does absolutilly deletes negative post. That right there speak volumes about his person. So in conclusion IMO he is a shit headed liar and has something ton hide.
On another note, great first post way to make friends and way to be an even bigger jag-off (bigger than swerve and thats something) by not having any "proof in the pudding"so to speak.

Its cool that Scott reconsidered his views, most likely after the fact that a bad customer review was placed on a widely popular MMJ forum. Thats what it looks like to me. (For the record, Id have done the same. No one deserves to be treated like that, period)
My business outside of the 'gray area of growing MMJ' is customer service. When my customer is really upset, I totally understand it because I would be too. I dont dictate to the customer what I think is fair. That sounds like what would be fair to me. I ask the customer "What would it take to make things right?" I get some incredulous looks like you wouldnt believe. Try saying that to a customer that is upset and you will get the most positive results. (I also network like this. My side business is computers, and have ended up working on computers from these people that have had service complaints.) Often, they are more than fair with their request. They feel like they are the ones are in charge. Without a customer, you have no business. With poor customer service, you will get bad word-of-mouth reviews and zero returning customers. Fact.
There are a lot of genetics and breeders out there. Hell, I can even throw some bagseed in dirt and make it frosty. The difference is I wont get my supplies or material from someone(s) that I know is a douche or has handled issues poorly in the past. It could have been me.
We are businessmen and if we *ALL* cant respect each other as such, you dont deserve my business nor my acknowledgement.
