Im not a grower by any means i just threw a seed in a pot didnt think it would grow now i have this small plant can anyone tell me is it ready to harvest yet and if not how much longer thank you.

Longer, but don't expect much out of it.
However, now you know how easy it is to start, you could multiply that by 100 next year.
Growing weed ain't rocket science. Just getting to grips with a few basics and working from there.
It's as easy or as hard as you make it and the results show. You threw a seed in a cup and may get an eighth. Good stuff. Build on it.

Going by pistil color is hardly the best method of determining maturity. Trichomes are the thing. When 75% of them are milky you will get a sativa mind high effect. If you let the plant go until they turn amber you will get more of a couch lock body high. However, to determine this you will need a decent magnifier.
BTW +REP for your growing method. She looks prety healthy and it goes to show noobs that tons of equipment, nutes, etc etc is just not necessary to grow a cannabis plant. Good luck on the harvest.
