I will get yellow sticky tapes. not the no pest strips tho.. I read they affect your buds. I sprayed most of them fuckers.

Hot shot pest strips put out a chemical and they advert not to have around children or pets.

Yeath I know but I have been using for 10 years for mites and have had no ill effects......small space in front of fan no bug's dosent change anything doesnot affect bud or anything it's a light perithium from MUMS.....just oil BHO FROM MUMS>>>have children and pets ....

also I am not delivering nutrients through the roots.. just pure water now. The gnat larva eat root hairs.. but I am not sure how much damage they can cause the plant if she is pulling her energy from stored starches. Starches are mainly in the root.. but i dont think they are in the root hairs.

tricky time to get gnats good luck, be sure to let the pots dry out but not wilting, those gnats can be controlled prtty easy.

IMG_0479.jpgIMG_0478.jpg I hung up two strips. Only saw one gnat flying around... I killed most of the adults methinks.. but the larvae.... they will sprout wings one day. I'm not trying to reveg this plant anyways.

Once it is harvest time, I will clip off buds. then cover the entire pot with a trash bag. Spray down whole box with my canola/pyrethrin spray. Then hang to dry once I am sure there are no more fliers.

I'll carry the pot outside and dump the soil out back. Trash bag is to make sure no gnats get upstairs.



IMG_0477.jpg12 ounce Monster for comparison. That is the top 2/3 of main cola.

I looked at the trichs today. Most of the stalks have heads now. Just waiting to see them turn cloudy over the next week and half.

I have watered at night before. usually an hour before lights out or so..

When I came home today, The main cola fell over on inself! FUcker is heavy!

I tied up all the large colas, she will be watered tomorrow to help.

Keep up the great work man, i'm about 6 weeks behind you, just put my 2 girls into flowering about a week and a half ago. pistils everywhere

Turns out you are right! A friend of mine told me today, that its not a good idea! He's got 25 yrs of growing under his belt, so I will accept the fact that i was wrong and say thank you for bringing this to my attention! Good luck bro! Hope things get better for ya, it will... Sure is..will box up for you....and later if heat isn't a problem I'll gift you a 250 hps for the same reflector!! I have in box....I'll pay shipping you just get some use out of these!! origionally gifted most of my grow set-up from grower friends in california....it would be a better choice!!
