Ok so the other day I came across a stranger growing in its closet with cfl's three 23 w, 1500L, 6500k. He germed the seeds then planted them in Scott's premium potting soil and waters. The question I have is when should lights be introduced, what temp should the closet be for them to sprout. Any advice would be appreciated.

Geez laweez no one here can take a joke about tomatoes or strangers in the home depot parking lot lol, all joking aside I have no idea what I'm doing. When should I expect to see an erection pertruding from Scott's soil, what kind of light schedule should I use through veg is it a bad idea to have lights on it now, how do I post pics here. SOMEONE HELP ME GET MY FINGERS WET lol

Sorry if it seemed too serious im on ya side bro. 
I personally germinated using wet cotton wool.. It took about 4 days until they had a cm of shoot from the seed. but once they had sprouted that cm i got them straight into a sedling soil mix for say 3 days untill it gave them there own time to gain an inch using natural sunlight on my windowsill. once they had gained an inch or 2 i put them straight in at 18 hours light on and 6 off.
I did this for 30 days until the plants where at 10 - 12 inches in height and then switched over to a 12/12 lighting schedule
Im now at 5 days 12/12 and its been so simple so far.

I highly recommend that you get a grow guide, I like (Growing Elite Marijuana by Ryan Riley) but there are many to choose from, I would also suggest that you check out (Buds For Less CFL Grow Book by SeeMoreBuds) Arm your self with as much relevant information as you can and your chances of success will greatly improve, good luck.
