curing question

i'm doing a 6 week cure starting today.

do i have to open the jar every day or can i just do it every 2-4 days?

after drying a bit till there stems are about to snap but still have moisture throw em in a jar then open like every 10 hours first few days and cut back after a few is my understanding and how i did things... im sure youll get others post on this
 
What is your status right now, how long have they been hanging, did you do a couple days in a paper bag?? Dumb question but some guys think they can just put them right in the jars that will ruin the weed
 
they hung for eight days entirely upside down on a hangar in a cool closet. the buds were able to snap off clean off the stalk/main-stem.
