why isnt there resin on my plants?

The sun gives off almost 2/3rd more light than a 1000 HPS. Right? Well doesnt matter, the sun has way more lumens than a 1000 watt. I guess Im not understanding.

no the sun produces a high of like 1100 psf but not every day and thats only at its peak, than theres clouds and trees, seasons\ angle and other things that subtract from it


it gets brighter all morning until it peaks than drops off.. in a 4x4 room with 1000 watts thats like 140000 lummens devided dy 16 sq ft=8750psf

so its not too extreme but it is a lot and if your entire environment isn't right on than it can only use so much than it starts converting it too heat and solws photosynthesis

unless you have co2 i wouldn't go over 7000 lumens psf with co2 10,000

my buds grow big and dense with just over 5000 psf

Might be the Seeds.

I got some Ingemars Punch from Dr Chronic, the plants sucked.

Got some seeds from another Seedbank, and they grew fine.

I think DR CHRONIC had a few thousand bunk seeds he just put in breeder packages.

Bigger Pots = More Roots = Bigger Yield

The issues you seem to be having is

1- The lights are too far so your plants are stretching.
2- Lollipop the bottoms to get bigger growth and to eliminated the bottom stragglers.
3- Check for salt buildup.
4- Get a hygrometer to keep you humidity under control.

get these things under control and you should see bigger yields. I did a run with clones I bought off craigslist and gotten good yields under 1000w which I lowered to 750w to to ceiling height restriction. I also used FF soil and started with FF nutes then during flowering switched to GH FloraMicro and FloraBloom.
