Ya i tried to think of something like that when i was doing DWC. Never got there.
But just to let you know, after coming from DWC, Super soil is so much easier, with less time required, and a MUCH nicer end product, that its not even funny. Night and day.

Wow, that's quite a recommendation! How so a nicer end product? If it's easier with a better outcome, I could be up for a change!

Thanks! I know I'm going to have to get tough with them. But it's my first grow and up to this point in my life I have killed every single plant that has ever come within 5 feet of me. That these two plants made it this far is proof that for some people the science of hydro is a lot easier to handle than trying to understand plants in soil. So I'm jacked about how I've managed to get them halfway home in pretty good health, but I'm not sure how much I'll be able to manhandle them and still keep them alive.

When I need to, I'll post pics and ask for help.

And then next time, I'm going to imitate your SCROG set up, with one change. I have two bubble buckets in my tent, so I'm going to use two screens, side by side, and I'm going to attach them on stilts to the lids of the buckets so that I can lift each plant up in its net pot, screen and all, in order to tend to the roots and water.

Soil is easy... supersoil is easier just water and go

The quality was just a big jump up. Flavor, smell, high, look, resin production, all like they've never been before.
And the supersoil couldnt be any easier. Water at 6.5ph, and watch the dank grow.

Ok friends little update here... Things are so easy and beautiful these days.

First up here is my Sour OG... She is a sexy stout little girl, yet still really good for scrog. And at 19 days flower, shes already getting frosty and smelling of a faint pineapple? Oh yeah girl!



My first Chernobyl pheno at 15 days tent veg, just killing the screen...


Some of the last looks at my 50/50 Vortex pheno at about 50 days flower... she is sexy and smells of her space queen father come through killer...

Something id like to share is my love for these small "pond" pots that i use for my mini mothers... they've got holes all in the side like net kind of. Perfect air pruning pots so my roots just stoke up in there. They're nice in this case, instead of fabric smart pots, as they are hard and therefore easier to move around and water. Plus they are like maybe 1/3 gal....

I mean jealous in more the positive way than the negative I'd rather be the Andy Warhol of weed than harriet tubman really though just want to live somewhere i don't have to worry TOO MUCH about the 'what ifs'. The great cut trading circles and culture is just bonus.

Cool. Thanks! I've looked at the recipe. And I like the idea -- only thing is I live in the middle of Manhattan and there's no place to mix it, cook it or store it. However, my mom lives in the 'burbs, and I could do it there and then just bring in what I need when I need it. And my mom's cool -- we've rolled joints together -- so that wouldn't be a problem.

I might go that way the next time I grow Jillybean to compare to what I'm doing now. Thanks!

Didn't you say that you picked up some of the green avengers super soil mix?
what does that cost and how many bags of soul do you mix with it?

yeah i got the premixed super soil as well as the base. Basicly put about 50% super at the bottom. fill the rest with base, plant and grow dank. Couldnt be any easier.
The base was $15 and the Super $24

Also I remember you saying you use weed wacker line for your scrog screen. How did you "tie" down the line? I'm looking to steal your idea for my scrogs.
