No more nurse practitioners, 11th state is good people

I got a rejection letter for my mmj app today because the person who had signed it at 11th State was a nurse practitioner instead of a licensed physician. I immediately called 11th State and they said yeah, the Dept. of Health changed the rules Aug 7 (3 weeks after my app went in). They apologized and immediately made an appointment (at no cost) to have their licensed physician do a new app for me.

I was expecting the worst when I phoned them, glad to see they're doing the right thing.

Apparently a lot of people who spent $$$ someplace that signed with a nurse practitioner are just screwed, because there is no doctor affiliated with the practice. Props to 11th State for doing it free (they said there were almost 70 folks that had to come back for a re-sign). Hopefully B&B did the same for anyone affected.

YES BandB is also taking care of any rejections due to NP signings.
