This is supposed to be new video, never aired before so I encourage everyone to watch it, it's fascinating. The racist inflection is less than subtle.
Plus he's a lying POS, the federal government had given Katrina victims well over a $billion dollars in relief money by the time he gave his fake ass Martin Luther King impersonation of speech.
After watching this video there's no way any level headed voter won't come away with the realization that Obama is the biggest racial divider of our time.
