DWC room temperature

I've read that for a DWC system, water temp should stay around 65 degrees. But what about room temperature?
Mine is usually around 73 degrees, give or take. What is the ideal room temperature for my plants?
Thanks :)

I have my water at 70 and room temp at 85 but I run CO2. Without CO2 you're better off under 80 but 73 is too cool, Depends on the strain too though. I was running my water at 65 and the plants caught a cold, stunted the growth, lol.

Keep that water under 70 but room temps are the same as any indoor grow unless you are enriching with co2. I would say 73-80 degrees is fine for a indoor grow.. With your room being 73 the air pump will be pumping 73 degree air into your water making it nice and cool so I wouldnt worry too much.. If you get into the 80's then worry.

Plants do not catch colds. Running a cool reservoir will not stunt growth, but it will prevent a lot of problems.

You can run the room warm, but you need to keep the solution temperature under control.
