I also like how it states it comes with the bulbs is this the one you use? and currently im running a to bulb shop light that makes plants thin low yeild and fragile is this cause its fluorescent or is it possible for fluorescent to be equivalent to 400w Metal Hilde

shop lights are generally t8/10/12 and have low lumen output/bad spectrum.

my t5's look identical to the one he posted, and they work amazing. only use them for veg though.

Fluorescent is not going to equal high pressure sodium or metal halide for yield. However, check this out.

Just finished a grow with t5s from start to finish. Used a 6 tuber and a 4tuber from home depot with hortilux bulbs.
I did end up putting a 300w equiv in for side light at wk 6 cause plant got over 7ft
