I'm not sure of how many of you guys are fans of the podcast, but if you haven't heard of it, check it out. He's got really interesting guests on all the time with awesome stories! This is the latest episode;

In this podcast, former CNN anchor Amber Lyon is the guest. They talk about the war on terror, the role American media plays, propaganda, the situation in Bahrain, and her overall experience working for CNN. I found this one in particular to be interesting as hell!

Here is the link to all the other podcasts;

Scroll down a bit and the links will be on the side. My favorite guest is Shane Smith because he's filled with crazy stories, but each of them have their own pro's and con's.

In regards to this podcast that I linked, she brings up some really interesting points and gives her professional opinion on how media, especially in America, is portrayed and for what purpose. I think a lot of people who post here could really benefit from hearing what she's got to say.

If you disagree with anything, this will be the place to debate it. If you do disagree with something, please post the time in which the point you're arguing against was brought up since each podcast is anywhere between 1-3 hours. I tend to listen to them sporadically, usually not the entire way through, so sometimes I miss certain things.

Other really interesting guests are Rick Ross, Ronda Rousey, Joey Diaz, Duncan Trussel, Ari Shaffir, Kat Von D, Eddie Bravo, Bert Kreischer, Immortal Technique, and on and on and on.. They're up to 273 now with this one, so there's a ton of cool people to hear from in a completely uncensored environment.

lol Kokesh is an.. interesting character.. I kinda think he brings some of the stuff on himself that happens to him.. There's definitely a better way you could go about doing it.. I like the guy, I think he has honest intentions, but I think he needs to be smarter and give a little more thought about the way he attempts to accomplish his goals..

His DMT videos are interesting

True, but he does it to prove a point. I wouldn't do it myself, but I understand why he does the things that he does. I like him also and his views.. Did you know he is running for president in 2020?

Yea, his dmt videos were hilarious.. Made me want to give it a try.

Yeah, he definitely proves his point.. Civil disobedience is met with physical force in the country today. It's just exaggerated and over the top, I think this clip does a good example of illustrating that point;

I guess I understand, too, but I just think it's misguided and in the long run, unproductive.. I think a guy in his position could ultimately do a lot more than he's doing now, not to say that he should or shouldn't, it's his own life of course, but he seems like he wants to, and if that's true, I think he should rethink his tactics or align with some more successful people

I completely understand there is a better way and a more sophisticated way about standing up against corruption. I also agree if he went about it in a better way and show that he is trying to do the right thing he would have a bigger following and be more apt to get his point across. Hell, if he does in fact run in 2020 I'll vote for him for sure, and hopefully by that time he will have chosen a different way to go about his fight towards corruption.

All this kinda reminds me of the this past Thursday; my fiancee had noticed that someone had shot the back of her car with a bb gun, and she had noticed it at work and when she got home I went to take a look at it and noticed that my truck and a neighbors car had it also. She called the courtesy officer to file a complaint and I went outside to wait for him, but when I went out there I seen a cop car across the street and asked if they were looking for my apartment, they weren't, but I told them what happen anyway and filed a report with them. During this period I was out there talking to these cops I had my Beretta px4 on my hip and they didn't say a word to me. Some cops are not all that bad, we stood out there while one of the cops was writing up the report and chatting with the other leo. I kept thinking to myself; I'm standing here chatting with the cop while strapped, locked and loaded with some weed growing in my apartment. Good times.

Interesting story

I bet I would have been sweating bullets as well!

Did they mention it/notice it?

Are you white? lol

They noticed it, didn't say a word though. I wasn't even worried about it, Ive been through the same training as them to obtain a license to carry it. Yes, I'm white... :lol: Maybe it was the camo hat I was wearing? I actually think its more of how you carry and present yourself, but I'm not sure. However, some cops actually know and follow the law, which means they can ask about it or whatever, but I'm not obligated to show them my id if I'm not breaking any law or under suspicion of a crime.
