throw it out, from all them pics and info you provided, its clearly broke the main steam in two or you could maybe have dutch taped it together agin ?

Ya... dude. Seeds which are more delicate often fall from hundreds of feet and live. It's called bird poop
Pick it up, re-pot it. If it's like broken in half or something, same thing... replant it, clone the upper half. :]
