No idea why I was thinking about this..

Has anyone ever forced someone into fellatio? I'd imagine that would be quite risky for the perpetrator.. I remember seeing some sort of oral rape prevention video one time using cucumbers, and yep, it looks like somebody wouldn't have any problem at all biting a dick off if they were getting mouth raped.. I've heard of such things happening in prisons, and even seen it portrayed in a couple movies..

Lol, I love your threads Padawan, I think (for girls) it woukd depend on if they had a weapon or not, but since women can't defend themselves as well as men without a weapon, I think it would depend on the man's mentality.

Can someone get raped by getting their dick sucked? What if a guy gets drunk under his own will and then passes out and someone sucks his dick while hes unconscious. The guy wakes and never has any idea his dick was sucked for the rest of his life. Is it rape? Is it victimless?

Now that's a damn interesting question, Heis!

I'd say yes, he still got 'raped', he just doesn't have any recollection of it. Same as if a drunk chick passed out at a party and got fondled and didn't remember it. The rape still occurred, recollection is irrelevant. I think if the matter was brought into the legal arena, that's when the problems would probably occur. She'd need to prove it, and how do you prove something you don't remember? The use of a rape kit would be needed, but I really don't know much about rape kits, I'm not sure how accurate they are or if they can be faulty for whatever reasons.. Also, I'm not entirely sure rape kits can be used in oral sexual abuse cases, so I can't give any kind of informed answer on that..

I think it is best described as molestation; unwanted sexual attention.

What if the molester didn't get off on sexual parts, but had a foot fetish? Now lets say the guy/girl does not get touched in sexual areas while sleeping, but gets his/her feet rubbed and licked. Just as wrong? Foot rape?

Yeah it's possible. I don't think it wise to add more detail or emwe'll have a shitstorm again. Both scenarios are possible. But likely the guy was awake and wanted some way to make sure you didn't call him...

I'm not saying women can't be predatory upon the unwilling too, though.

I think rape involves penetration. Actually invading one's body with genitalia. So I suppose a woman jumping a guy and riding him would be rape even if he didn't have something painfully jabbing him.

But I understand there are gay guys,en committed to their partners or celibacy that'd be horrified if some ho did that. Touching anyone in that way and they don't want it is just unacceptable

if i fell asleep on a bus and woke up to find out the dude next to me was getting a boner while he sucked my feet, i'd be pretty creeped out. that's a violation. i woudn't feel much better about it if it was a hot chick who did it, either. i can understand how someone would find that traumatic.

if a guy gets his knob slobbed while he's asleep, it's still not cool. you can't trust anyone who does things to you while you're asleep. what the fuck else did they do? what do they have festering on their lips? that whole "what the fuck went on?" thought could be considered traumatic depending on the dude and/or the chick.

Just trying not to sound biased like 'If it's a guy, it's not rape'. I've heard some of you say you'd love to wake up to a hot girl on your dick but if she did that she could get into real trouble. I've had a guy jump me in my sleep then claim he was asleep with no recollection of his actions and blackmailed me into shit before and after that event, getting money from me threatening to take it to court or whatever. Seems reasonable. At the very least it is a violation of privacy, which itself is enough in my book to de-friend someone.

What if you are drinking with a friend, guy or girl, and they pass out on the sofa. You want to look at some porn before bed and the computer is in the same room. Can you jerk off to porn with them passed out 5ft away and not violate any morals?
