1 Gram Per Watt

Decent space, proper environmental controls, and excellent genetics. Using the 600watt. With added assistance from the Mylar, light coverage is distributed well enough.

Is this realistic?

16 plants in a 4x4 yielding 2 oz each = no unless you can get over 2oz per plant and that is gonna take some training or a nice veg time.It really depends on the strain and how many plants.

So i take it your using a 1000watt? I have 12 plants under my 600w space approx same as yours maybe 4x4x7. The genetics are critical+... Last one I grew alone yielded over 50 grams. Just not sure if the gram per watt is too far fetched.

genetics play a big role. 1 gpw is definitely attainable. There are people out there (albeit not a lot of them) pulling 2+

I don't believe in the 1g per watt theory strictly because topping, super cropping, nutrients, and grow space all can affect the yield of a plant. If you have all those down to a perfect measurement yeah you could get 1g per watt but mi e is like .5g per watt and I have more than enough bud for myself each harvest.

Oh and lighting, amount of plants, and genetics as the previous answers said. You could pull more than 1g per watt or you could pull less than 1g per watt?

I would be cool with .5 per watt absolutely. I have just been growing on and off for a while now and moved my setup to a different room and want to test my efficiency at this point. Seems like the missing link as I have all the materials I need. Just trying to tighten up I guess and maximize potential and yield.
