Herojuana x aurora indica?

Herojuana is about the worst strain I have tried. I have smoked different batches on 5 different ocassions. One even tested at 24% THC. It's terrible! It's just a body high and a weak one at that.

A few years back my dispensary had a bunch of Herojuana and could not give it away. I tried it and it was weak sauce. I do not believe it's one of the strongest strains out there. All hype in my opinion.

i got my seeds a few years ago, and they were called "medijuana". i grew it out, two great phenos. had a very rich, dark coffee taste, with an exhale of caramels. for me, and freinds, it was considered a potent and heavy indica stone. all liked the rich flavor. i read one report, that said it had NO FLAVOR. so. i think its all in the pheno, or cut, or what. i had some seeds left. poped 3 of 5. all boys. original five were all girls. what are the odds!!??-lol! so i had two left. now, i have to see what they are. darn. so, i just got a 5 pk of "extreama", from sannie. its half herohana, and chemD. so , ill have a backup, if these last medis fail. loved it when i had it.

First of all, there is more than one thing out there called "herijuana".

The Steve Tuck bred line, which is the one that most people are interested in, is supposed to be spelled with an "i" like "heroin"; HerO-juana actually refers to a different strain with totally different genetics, though for obvious reasons they get confused and people misspell these.

Anyway, from what I hear, the good stuff flies right off the dispensary shelves and at top dollar. Lots of places on the West Coast call this one "Herijuana OG", with the "OG" just an added tag to suggest potency.

Like everything else, it comes down to which line, what pheno, and skill of the grower, but when done right, herijuana is super potent, and has earned a reputation as a great medical strain.

"Most potent" is hard to nail down, but I've seen this one tested out at 20% THC+, potentially putting it in the same class as the strongest stuff out there (if not the absolute strongest).

The strain is also known for a somewhat odd coffee-like taste, dense heavy golf-ball like buds, a low-to-moderate yield, and a super-stony high. Some people really don't like the taste; some just find that this one puts them right to sleep or gives an instant "couchlock" and don't enjoy the effect. I don't know the numbers here, but I'd imagine this one is relatively high in CBD, making it more suitable to medical use (vs "recreational").

Seeds can be a little tough to come by. Different breeders have offered slightly different versions over the years, with times when the cut wasn't commercially available and "clone only". Right now Sannie's offers the line, though its out of stock and expected to remain that way for several months. He does have several other hybrid strains based on herijuana that are available, though. "KO Kush", and "Anesthesia" are two that come to mind, and he has a few others.

I have tried so many different Herojuana strains and all were terrible. It's something like 90% Indica. A good OG needs more than an Indica, a good OG is usually Sativa dominate.

Same reason some dispensaries don't like to use the name "Green crack".

They don't want their high grade herbal "medical" cannabis associated with hard drugs of abuse like heroin or crack cocaine.

Same "avatar" (whatever that is) doesn't mean anything. Many of the ceid companies are totally unscrupulous and they'll rip off not only genetics, but also line names, ad copy, and images. Just because company A SAYS its line is one thing, doesn't mean its the same as another with a similar name.

Again, there is more than one line out there CALLED herijuana, and there are a few with similar names (herojuana, medijuana, etc). Not all of these are actually derived from the original Steve Tuck line. Unlike many lines, where the origin is hazy, in the case of herijuana, the original lines and breeders are well known.

Herijuana, in particular is not a "white" line, in the sense that the original Steve Tuck line does NOT share any genetics with White Widow, White Russian, etc. Its a cross between "Petrolia Headstash" (which is a CA-acclimated strong outdoor indica) and "Killer New Haven", which is a super potent outdoor grown sativa from Kentucky.

Steve Tuck originally bred the line, and Sannies version can be traced right back to his.
