Ok so I place the seed in rock wool then how do I supply the seed with Water thought out the growing

well first you need to ph the rockwool before you put any seed in it you can water in diff ways but you can just water like anything else

If you look at any of the instructional videos on YouTube for setting up a dwc system, you'll see how the water gets to the plant. Also, I suggest ordering a copy of The Cannabis Grow Bible -- it's very thorough a will give you an well-rounded overview of everything that's entailed in growing. Whatever set up you choose, you may have more questions to ask, but this will give you the basics.
